TAILORING THE RANGE:
Based on our experience of best selling products and
in co-operation with you, we will tailor a range to suit
your store and customer base. This would be monitored
regularly to ensure any slow selling items are identified
and exchanged to keep the stands fresh and productive.


STAFF TRAINING:
Free of charge staff training to ensure your teams are
familiar with the product and how to use the guides and
the catalogue.

TECHNICAL HELPLINE FOR YOU AND
YOUR CUSTOMERS:
We are available to help your staff advise the right products
and offer technical help. We are also happy to speak with
your customers if they need further help in setting up
their fence.

MERCHANDISER VISITS:
Stores with retail stands receive a regular visit from a
merchandiser to tidy/dust the stand and make top up
orders if required.


CUSTOMER CARE:
A caring attitude between our own team and extended
towards our clients provides an atmosphere that
contributes to success. Our staff are friendly and are
focused on meeting and understanding the needs of our
customers. We strive to resolve issues fast and efficiently.


DELIVERY:
With a dedicated electric fencing warehouse and
automated stock control we are able to process your
orders quickly and deliver complete and on time. Orders
received before 2.30pm are dispatched the same day.
A sameday delivery service is available for emergencies
